Apostolaki Stefania

Dr. Stefania Apostolaki holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Seismic Design of Engineering Structures from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She completed her PhD at the Department of Civil Engineering of AUTH, focusing on seismic actions in the context of the forthcoming revision of Eurocode 8, and on seismic hazard and risk assessment in urban areas and critical infrastructure.

She has published 7 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed international conferences, and has actively participated in national and European research projects. She was a scholar of the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation (HFRI) under the 4th Call for PhD Candidate Fellowships (code 11049). She currently teaches as a Adjunct Lecturer at the International Hellenic University (IHU), with a subject area in Computational and Seismic Geotechnical Engineering.
