Geotechnical, Hydraulics and Transportation Engineering Laboratory

The University Laboratory of Geotechnical, Hydraulic and Transportation Engineering – GHTLab (Geotechnical, Hydraulics and Transportation Engineering Laboratory) was established in 2022, in accordance with Articles 46–53 of Law 4957/2022.

The Laboratory serves the educational and research needs in the scientific fields of Geotechnical, Hydraulic and Transportation Engineering. Particular emphasis is placed on the development and application of modern computational, laboratory and field approaches for the modelling, monitoring and control of infrastructure structures, as well as for the study of their interactions with the natural and man-made environment.
