Administration & Secretariat

The Department is governed by the Head of Department and the Department Assembly. The Head of Department is elected for a two-year term.

The Department Secretariat is staffed by two (2) administrative employees: one serving as Head of the Secretariat and one responsible for Student Affairs.

The Secretariat handles all student and administrative matters. Its responsibilities include:

  • student registration,
  • maintenance of student records, including grades and scholarship information,
  • issuance of certificates and diplomas,
  • preparation of individual course registration forms, transcripts, and student status certificates,
  • issuance of official statements for any lawful purpose,
  • updating student health booklets,
  • semesterly re-registration,
  • suspension (interruption) of studies.

The offices of the Head of Department and the Secretariat are located on the ground floor of the Administration Building (the first building on the right upon entering the Serres University Campus).

Students are served on all working days between 11:00 and 13:00. The Secretariat can also be reached by phone or email:
